Experience and enjoy a wonderful holiday in the heart of the breathtaking mountain scenery of the sunny plateau. Our south-facing cosy apartments have been furnished with a great love of detail and promise a truly relaxing holiday. The peaceful setting and unobstructed views of the meadows, Wolfsee lake and impressive mountains will enchant you! To make it easier for you to plan your holiday, we have relaxed our cancellation terms due to COVID-19.

In the case of cancellation …
- Up to 120 days before planned arrival: postpone your stay in writing or free cancellation *
- From 120 days to 40 days before planned arrival: advance payment will be charged (there will be no other costs)
- 40 days to 14 days before planned arrival: 70% of booking cost
- 14 days or less of arrival or no show: 100% of total booking cost
* In case of cancelations (before 120 days before arrival) a processing fee of € 30,00 will be charged if the deposit is returned.
If there are border closures, a lockdown (Austria, Tyrol, country of origin) or a travel warningwith compulsory quarantine during the booking period, you may cancel your stay free of charge at any time.
An infection with Covid-19 is not a free cancellation reason. In this case, only the conclusion of an appropriate travel insurance is effective.
We recommend you take out the Premium hotel cancellation insurance for your stay.
The insurance covers the following cancellation reasons:
- If you have coronavirus
- If a close relative or other member of your household has caught coronavirus and their care requires that they/you stay at home
- A suspected case of coronavirus even if a test later proves to be negative
- Positive test result even if you do not have any symptoms
- A close relative or other member of your household is ill or you are a close contact person and have to quarantine

An insurance may also be taken out with the Europäische Reiseversicherung at a later date. In such as case, it is then valid from day 10 after completion.

- Sanitizer dispensers are available in the entrance areas of all houses
- Please maintain social distancing of 2 metres from other guests and employees where possible
- Please wear a FFP2 mask if you have contact with other guests or employees
- FAST check-in: we will send you an online form in advance to shorten the contact time at check-in. Please complete this before your arrival.

- High touch points are regularly sanitised (door handles, doorbell, light switches, bread shelf, card terminal, office surfaces etc)
- Please ventilate your apartment daily
- Ventilation: please open all windows and balcony doors before you check out. This ensures maximum safety for our cleaning staff.
- Our cleaning staff are trained and work according to the highest standards with the aid of the “hollu Systemhygiene”
- Our business has been certified with the Hollu hygiene certificate

We take our role as a responsible host and use the "SAFE SERVICE" learning app as a modern
training tool for our employees. Our company has successfully completed the digital training on
security topics such as protective measures, distance rules, hygiene or contactless customer experience.
New regulations, for example on entry tests, guest registration and prevention concepts, are also part of the training.
In the event of significant changes, the app notifies you directly via push notification on your mobile phone.
This is how we live SAFE SERVICE® internally and are always up to date on which preventive and safety measures
have to be implemented for our guests. We also consciously show SAFE SERVICE to the outside world and make
it clear that we are a SAFE SERVICE® company. In this way we do our part to make the region visible as a safe holiday destination.
